10.00 - Signed the contract with Green Electric and transferred the money - 2661.94€

13.00 - Josep Cortes called and turned up at the house 5 minutes later. 

• Drains situation isn't ideal - the one under the toilet goes next door then into drain at 12m
• Outside drain is only rainwater
• Drain under sink is blocked
• Need to put in a new drain to the main drain on the street - might be 70cm deep. Need to find out the levels
