12.30 - Meet with Albert at Nura

• Discuss why the ajuntament needs more photos (inside and out) and architects plans for kitchen/bathroom
• Possibility that problem is because house is 'industrial' on town plan, and it needs effectively a change of use to be domestic
• Outcome is that we will write a letter (via https://seu.palafrugell.cat/tramits/documents-generics/instancia-generica) explaining we have an architect making up plans but that we wish to merge the downstairs work into the major works application that will be made by Nura
• We will continue to try to get minor works licence for upstairs bathroom (which does not need change of use)
• Reference avantprojecte Nura have already submitted to ajuntament
• To do: 
• Email plans to Nura for them to make proper for submission
• Write letter to ajuntament to explain situation
