9.00 - Pablo Vazquez, St Feliu (notary)

• collected all the documents
• received ~230€ refund on 'extra' money we paid

10.00 - spoke to ajuntament (on the phone)

• llcencia requires a visit from a technical person
• number of application is 2022002666
• number of technical visit(?) is 63-2022
• technical visit will be 'next week'

11.00 - actual working

• heaviest (concrete) sink in the world is moved - somehow
• hole for drains is dug - doesn't show much

13.00 - visit from Xavier (xblanco@amitec.cat) and Xavier (xevia@amitec.cat)

• will send email with PDF plans 
• heat pump at back of house is OK for air circulation
• fan coils agreed
• two heat pumps required - hot water HP will function all year, heating/cooling will only be required 6 months a year

14.00 - scaffolding goes up - chimney will come down (tomorrow?)

22.00 - email sent to Xavier and Xavier with plans (sqm) for quote
