A technical architect, a builder, a 'normal' architect and us went into a bar...

Meeting at Tarongeta, 6 with Albert(Nura), Marc(Salabert Construcions), Jaume (technical architect) and J+J

• Marc will charge ~48€/tonne to take away our runas from a pile (truck outside for an hour on a Monday, wheelbarrow it through) + time for labour
• Marc will be replacing the downpipe out the front with copper / iron this week (he has a cherry picker hired) - 100€ for 3m of copper, iron 60€? + cost of cherry picker
• Marc will take away our asbestos to where he stores it for 600€ (including transport) or 500€ if we take it to him (no brainer!)
• Marc will make up a safety plan for Jaume
• Discussed drain - Marc will ask Giralt? (https://www.peregiraltsagrera.es/) about the drain. Will need a siphon to prevent smell and possibly an access hatch in the garage. Estimate need 5 weeks to attach to main drain
• Squaring of back opening was agreed so 2 beams will be same size + extra height from that on drawing, finished height moves from 2.2 to 2.4 ish
• Back opening will be from (inside width) existing door to existing window
• We need to prepare back wall for Marc, take out beams etc.
• Front garage opening was confirmed as 2.2m (same height as other door) by 2.8m width
• Marc will send commencement invoice - 20%
• Marc will order beams
• Jaume will send small commencement invoice
• Albert to ask Xavi for another quote without calefacion (confirmed via email)
• Albert will send details of where 3000€ bond to ajuntament should be paid to
