Look Mum, no chimney!

• A bit of chipping away of the tiles/concrete in the corner (we think there was some sort of kitchen there). It's very slow and very painful - we've been scoring it with the angle grinder in 10 minute bursts every morning then trying to chip away the concrete a bit at a time cos it's really hard work. I'm not very accurate with a club hammer on a jemmy.
• Rest of the day on the roof taking down the chimney. There's a lot of stones in a chimney it turns out - more than enough to fill in a hole in a wall and probably build another Great Wall of China. Nice and sunny up on the roof though
