Another no-show from Xavi, the lampista

• Xavi is due to come back to finish installing our new ECB - though he has only brought us one switch for it, which is only for the water heater.
• Still, he (or rather his apprentice) needs to switch out the old board and move it across to the new one in the garage (as per yesterday's photos) but he didn't show up again today...
• Claudia from Nura visited to measure up for the plans she's going to draw up before mid-August for the ajuntament meeting in Sept. Tried to persuade he we don't need the upstairs included in the 'project' (time, cost, needing to be signed off by a registered builder)
• Bought a paddling pool and some water pistols - might get us through the high-30s temperatures of the weekend - and John reinstated the hose tap.
• We have drawers and shelves for all the clothes in the bedroom upstairs. How very exciting...
