- New box outside as endesa have changed their safety requirements (extra work by Sabadell was carried out 6/25 and it cost another ~700€)
- Xavi to contact endesa again to get cable moved so we can finish the front of the vault
- Xavi thinks all three fan coils are faulty so he's waiting for contact from gree (?). No-one else including Albert believes him but we're a bit stuck
- J&J to visit Industrial Gines to try to get some help - Albert will translate by phone

- Roberto (from whom we bought the fan coils) on holiday. Spoke to another guy - not much help. Albert spoke to him and translated. Gave him Xavi's phone number.
31/7/25 - Tiles ordered for downstairs shower room from Leroy online
2-3/8/25 - Trailer (125€) and hot water heater (40€) sold on Wallapop
13/8/25 - Sink for shower room ordered from Wallapop
23/8/25 - Reduan to come render outside wall/shower room / anything else we can find
Work done
- Family room partition wall erected, filled, painted
- Ceiling in kids bedroom painted/finished
- Back outside render painted white
- Pump installed in shower room (including moving socket into garage)
- Concrete sub-floor laid
- Front wall prepared for rendering
- Cupboard for washing machine with sanded doors (from OG room of requirements)
- Nosings for stairs
