• tiling of vault completed mostly by Hasan, bit over well by JSD/JAC(mostly)

• wood behind bakerlite light switches 
• partition wall in 'Emma's bedroom' ensuite installed and painted
• Under-stairs shower room on ground floor painted / tiled. Shower not installed

• ceiling of living room taped/filled by plasterer (who no-showed and thus the ceiling needs second coat)

• high parts of ceiling of 4th bedroom taped/filled by JAC whilst accessible
• timber from BigMat for joists of upstairs hall ceiling / new loft floor
• 30? boards delivered by Marc Salabert 4/11/25 for upstairs stud work
• wall between 4th bedroom ensuite/hall built by Hasan and rendered with concrete
• existing wall between 4th bedroom/RoR removed
• new wall with wardrobe between 4th bedroom and ensuite partially built by Hasan (not part with glass bricks)
• 5 up/down lighters installed installed in upstairs hall
• wall raggled for switch by front corner (bottom of where new stairs will go) 
• New hall ceiling built
• Stairs to loft removed
